A family history

Driven by the ambition to build a consultancy company that was both deeply human and resolutely innovative, Philippe initially set out on his own with a handful of consultants. Twenty years later, supported by his family and a team of HR and sales experts, he leads a close-knit team of 30 employees who have assisted over 2,000 consultants.

Philippe loves the mountains, skiing and spending time with his family, and it's for this emotional reason that he named his company Venthone. But the spirit joins the heart, because with us, you can't help but reach new heights.

Our mission

At Venthone, we are convinced that corporate social responsibility is an essential element of sustainable development.

We are committed to working with suppliers and subcontractors who share our values in terms of ethics, respect for human rights, environmental impact and good business practices.

This charter aims to establish the principles that each Venthone partner must respect in order to contribute to a more responsible and sustainable business model.

2002

The start of a great adventure

Philippe sets up his company with a few consultants. He gave it the name Venthone, which reflects one of his passions: the mountains.

2010

The team grows

Philippe grew the team to 40 consultants, working mainly in Belgium and Luxembourg.

2014

Digitalization

With a team of 80 consultants, Venthone decided to accelerate its digitalization. All processes are integrated into a central tool, providing consultants with efficient management and a transparent overview.

2018

Internationalization

In 2018, while most Venthone consultants work in Belgium, Luxembourg and France, Venthone is developing its internationalization in Holland, Germany and Portugal.

2023

A key player

In less than 20 years, Venthone has grown to nearly 900 consultants in 5 European countries!
