Venthône is a company created in 2002 by Philippe Arets.

A family history

Philippe started this adventure alone with a few consultants. In 20 years, he surrounded himself with family members and experts in the HR and commercial fields. Today, Venthone has a strong and dedicated team of 30 people to support more than 1 000 consultants.

In love with the mountains, skiing and family moments, it is for this emotional reason that Philippe gives the name of Venthône to his company. But the spirit meets the heart because with this company, you can only reach summits.

The beginning of a great adventure

Philippe creates his company with a few consultants. He gave it the name of Venthône which corresponds to one of his passions: Switzerland.

The team is growing

Philippe grew the team to 40 consultants working mainly in Belgium and Luxembourg.

Digitalization!

With a team of 80 consultants, Venthône decided to accelerate its digitalization. All the processes are integrated in a central tool that allows the consultant to have an efficient management and a transparent vision.

Internationalization

In 2018, while Venthône’s consultants work mostly in Belgium, Luxembourg and France, Venthône is developing its internationalization in Holland, Germany and Portugal.
